My serving boards are made out of driftwood Yellow Cedar that I gather from our shores in Haida Gwaii. Specifically from Agate Beach. The storms and winds bring in beautiful wood. I gather the wood at low tide and select pieces that has beautiful grain. I keep the live edge on whenever possible.
The wood is rinsed, cut and left to thoroughly dry. I draw a pattern that will complement the natural grain patterns. The board is sanded and treated with our own Board Butter (available in our store). This conditions and protects the board.Free shipping.
