This Octopus inspired alder root is embedded in epoxy and sits on top of the Sitka Spruce Burl ‘island’ surrounded by the shimmering metallic silver blue ‘ocean’.
The table top is solid shimmering silver metallic epoxy, reinforced with thre quarter inch plywood and coupled together with a steel plate and tube which is easily inserted into the hole in the center of the tree trunk.
